Brenda Claire serves as Chief Financial Officer of Chatham Technical Services, providing financial oversight, compliance governance, and fiscal discipline aligned with federal contracting requirements. She brings more than 30 years of engineering and regulatory experience, including over two decades at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she worked extensively on regulatory compliance, Clean Air Act programs, and risk-based engineering initiatives.

Her background across federal, state, and private-sector engineering organizations gives CTS deep institutional familiarity with government processes, documentation standards, and compliance-driven operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas and provides strong governance, internal controls, and financial rigor expected by government customers and partners.
